Daily PathTerms of Use
In short: Daily Path is free to play. Apple’s Standard EULA covers the app on iPhone. Daily Path Plus is an optional subscription that renews until you cancel it in your Apple settings. Coins and other in-game items have no cash value. Play fair.
1. The licence
Daily Path is made by Pivot & Anchor Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By installing or using it, you agree to these terms.
If you got Daily Path from Apple’s App Store, your use of it is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). In that agreement, the “Application Provider” is Pivot & Anchor Private Limited. The terms below add detail about how the game works and do not reduce any right you have under Apple’s Standard EULA. If the two conflict, Apple’s Standard EULA applies.
You may use the app for your own, non-commercial play. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer it, or build products from it, except where the law allows.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are made through the App Store. Apple handles payment, receipts and refunds; you can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to buy anything.
Daily Path Plus
Plus is an optional, auto-renewing subscription: US $2.99 a month or US $19.99 a year, with local prices set by Apple. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; the monthly plan has no trial.
- Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current period, the subscription renews automatically and your Apple ID is charged for the next period.
- Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app, or deleting your data in the app, does not cancel it.
- Plus gives you what the in-app offer lists: every past day to play, replays of any puzzle, and all your stats. Today’s puzzles stay free.
Other purchases
Where the app offers them, coin packs, bundles and the Climb Pass are one-time purchases of the items described in the app at the time, at the price shown when you buy. You can restore past purchases in the app’s Settings.
3. Virtual items
Coins, boosters, cosmetics (such as outfits, ropes, boards and flags) and Climb Pass rewards are virtual items. They are licensed to you for use in the game, not sold. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone else, and are not refundable except where the law requires. We may correct prices, rewards and balances to fix errors or abuse.
Your coins and progress belong to the install of the app on your phone, not to an account (see the Privacy Policy and Support).
4. Fair play
Play the puzzles yourself. Don’t use bots, scripts or modified apps, don’t exploit bugs, and don’t tamper with scores, times, coins or rewards. Choose a nickname that is not offensive, doesn’t pretend to be someone else and doesn’t contain personal information.
If we find abuse, we may remove scores, leaderboard and league entries, nicknames, virtual items or access to features, with or without notice.
5. Leagues, events and the Climb Pass
Leagues, Summit Rush and other events, the Climb Pass, its seasons, rewards and schedules may change, pause or end. Rankings and rewards are worked out by our servers from the results they receive.
The game needs our server for the Daily, leaderboards, coins, leagues and events. We may change or stop the app or any feature.
6. Legal terms
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your progress and virtual items will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
Pivot & Anchor Private Limited is a company registered in India. Except where Apple’s Standard EULA provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.
